I rated valley truck & auto with a 4 out of 5. if their was a 4.75 I would have given it to them. after reviewing 7 other truck repair shops I stuck with 3, because they were located in the town I live in. contacted BBB on all 3. 1 or 2 bad reviews on 2 of the 3. valley truck had a clean record. as for work I wanted done, prices on parts & labor were about the same. you learn more by listening than talking. MR. RICK SILVA, OF VALLEY TRUCK, did a lot of talking, and I was impressed with his sells men ship. I would be getting the best parts, and labor for my truck that would be possible. I think rick could sell ice to a eskimo. that a good thing to impress your customer. my dad taught me something very important. ( if you half to ask how much it is, you cant afford it. this holds true when you need professional work on your truck. talking about professionals. MR. FERNANDO LOPEZ, ricks no. 1 master mechanic . follows in ricks foot steps. every thing is explained in detail before work in done. ( peace of mind ) did I have ( V.T.& A ) do the work I needed done, was it done in a resemble time, will I recommend them, will I go back again for quality service ???. you bet. sincerely, R.J. WINGO
